Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess:

At least 16 years of education in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or Management Studies.

12 years of post-qualification experience in procurement of works, goods, and services.

Strong knowledge of PPRA Rules and World Bank Procurement Guidelines.

Experience in preparing and managing procurement advertisements, EOIs, RFPs, bidding documents, and bid evaluations.

Candidates having experience with public sector organizations, donor-funded projects, and local government systems will be preferred.
