The Punjab School Education Department has launched an internship-type recruitment drive for 12,500 STIs (School Teacher Interns) across primary, elementary, secondary and higher secondary schools in Punjab.

Monthly stipend/salary for selected interns ranges approximately between Rs 38,000 to Rs 45,000 depending on the level.

Both male and female candidates (and sometimes other gender categories) can apply.
